We ship across the United States only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to those destinations. Please beware due to the PACT act, you must have valid licenses for each shipping location. We do not ship internationally because local laws which vary with the countries.

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Estimated shipping times and dates are not accurate in some cases and it depends on the domestic situations and delays or item availability.

We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days.

We ship orders during weekdays only which excludes public holidays.

DECLINE SHIPMENT:

If you believe that the product is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and call 727-223-5265 mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

FLAT SHIPPING RATE:

We offer $20 flat rate shipping to all the states. Shipping rates are determined by size, weight & the distance. Shipping costs will be added to your order after it is packed & weighed. Flat shipping rate applies to orders up to 21lbs. box (18” X18”x18”). Overweight charge applies on shipping.

SHIPMENTS TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AND POST OFFICE BPXES (P.O.BOX):

Because of federal and state regulations requiring age verification, PAR Wholesale LLC DBA Smokegem wholesale ships to commercial addresses only. Shipments to residential addresses or P.O. Boxes will be canceled without any warning or notification. Continued attempt to ship at residential addresses may result in account cancellation without warning.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

We are not able to provide C.O.D. services due to some restrictions.
